Our Story So Far

Founded in 2019, Everyday Concierge began with a simple purpose: to help overwhelmed Queensland families manage the everyday tasks that keep a home running smoothly - cleaning the bathroom, folding the laundry, organising the pantry, and mowing the lawn. 

 

As our community's needs have grown, so have we. What began as practical household support has naturally expanded to include disability supports and in-home assistance, allowing us to help more people live their lives more fully. 

 

And at the heart of everything we do is one core value: people first.

 

 We know that inviting someone into your home and private life is deeply personal. It should never feel one-size-fits-all.

 

That's why we work hard to get the match right - that's where the 'concierge' in our name originated. 

 

Every person is different and every household is different. Whether we are connecting a participant with a support worker, or arranging home or garden services, we prioritise compatibility, capability, and trust.
